The "Explore - The Collection" page is mostly blank, and I can't browse or search the photo archives. How do I correct the problem?
You must have cookies enabled in order to browse the collection, but just having them enabled may not be enough. If you use Internet Explorer, try this: (1) Go to “Tools” and select “Internet Options”, (2) Click on the “Privacy” tab. (3) Click on “Sites”. (4) Add (if they aren't already there) pastperfect-online.com and howardcountymuseum.org. (5) You may need to close and restart IE in order for the changes to take effect.
