Trivia
The Seiberling Mansion was rented in the late 30's and early 40's to Dr. Joseph Stone, an osteopathic doctor who invented the Keystone Posture Meter for detecting and correcting posture problems.
Endowment
In 1993 the HCHS established an endowment fund in the Community Foundation of Howard County with an initial gift of $10,000.
Today, thanks to the generosity of our donors, our endowment funds have grown to 6 funds totaling $342,621. This years interest from these funds will generate $9,668 for HCHS operations.
If your are interested in giving to an existing fund or establishing a new endowment fund to benefit the society, please contact Kelly Karickhoff,
