The Seiberling Mansion

Includes use of the building and porches

$450 rental fee for a minimum of 2 hours and

$100 for each additional hour thereafter        

$200 damage deposit

$30 supervisory staff  (required)

Event must be scheduled around regular operating hours of Tuesday - Sunday 1-4 p.m. No food or drinks allowed. 75 people maximum.

The Elliott House

Includes use of the first floor of the Elliott House, tables and chairs for 75, a catering kitchen and dressing room

$350 rental fee for the day

$75 rental fee for 2 hours and $37.50 for each additional hour

$200 damage deposit .

 
Seiberling Mansion & Elliott House

Includes use of the entire Seiberling Mansion for a minimum of 2 hours, and the Elliott House for the day

$700 rental fee

$200 damage deposit

$30 supervisory staff  (required)

Garden, Porch and Grounds

Includes use of the garden located on the east side of the Seiberling Mansion, the porch of the Seiberling Mansion, and the museum grounds between the Seiberling Mansion and Elliott House

$200 rental fee for a minimum of 2 hours

$200 damage deposit

Event must be scheduled around regular operating hours of Tuesday - Sunday 1-4 p.m.
